It cleanses the whole body - the organs, the blood and the cells.   Used semi-annuallythis card leads you through the best "tune up" you could ever do for your body.

  • What will my schedule be? The 11 days are divided into two categories, cleanse days and shake days.
    Shake Days:

    Drink two IsaLean Shakes (optional IsaLean Bar) each day. Add additional scoop of IsaPro to one or both.
    Eat 3 Mini Meals each day.
    Drink 1-2 ounce of Ionix Supreme each day.
    Take 1 Accelerator Capsule (on an empty stomach) in the morning and in the early afternoon.
    Eat two to four Isagenix Snack Wafers during mid morning and again during mid afternoon.

    Alternating Every Other Day:
    Also drink one servings of Cleanse for Life juice at bedtime and on an empty stomach.

    Cleanse Days:
    Drink four servings of Cleanse for Life juice evenly spaced throughout the day (typically every 4 hours).

    Take 1 Accelerator Capsule (on an empty stomach) in the morning and in early afternoon.
    In between each serving of Cleanse for Life, eat two to four Isagenix Snack wafers.  
    (Athletes may eat up to a total of 10 Isagenix Snacks throughout the day.)

    7:00 a.m.           Drink 4 oz. of Cleanse for Life and take an Accelerator.
    9:00 a.m.           Eat 2 - 4 Isagenix Snack wafers.
    11:00 a.m.         Drink 4 oz. of Cleanse for Life and take an Accelerator.
    1:00 p.m.           Eat 2 - 4 Isagenix Snack Wafers.
    3:00 p.m.           Drink 4 oz. of Cleanse for Life.
    5:00 p.m.           Eat 2 - 4 Isagenix Snack Wafers.
    7:00 p.m.           Drink 4 oz. of Cleanse for Life.
